We strive to maintain accurate stock availability on our website. However, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock, we will:
• Fulfill the available items in your order.
• Contact you to discuss whether you’d prefer to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These charges are collected during purchase and reflect the final shipping cost.
3. Returns
3.1 Change of Mind Returns
We gladly accept returns if you change your mind, provided:
• A return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your item.
• The item is in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
Please note:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange their own return shipping.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once we receive your returned item.
3.2 Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receiving your item. Here’s how it works:
• Customers prepay return shipping, but we will reimburse this cost upon approval of the claim.
• Warranty claims are processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.
• Once approved, you can choose from:
• A refund to your original payment method.
• A replacement (subject to stock availability).
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Shipping
Transit time for domestic shipments is typically 2–7 business days.
4.2 International Shipping
International transit times range from 4–22 business days, depending on the courier chosen during checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours (excluding holidays).
4.4 Delivery Address Changes
You can update your delivery address anytime before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only (such as USPS). Courier services (like FedEx or UPS) are unavailable for P.O. box deliveries.
4.6 Military Addresses
We ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS. Courier services (such as FedEx or UPS) are unavailable for military addresses.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will hold the order until the item is available. Reserved items will not be dispatched separately unless otherwise requested.
4.8 Delivery Delays
If your delivery exceeds the estimated time, please contact us for assistance. We will investigate promptly.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged:
• Reject the parcel if possible and notify our customer service immediately.
• If the parcel is delivered without your presence, contact us with details and photos of the damage for next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is included in the displayed product price.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary and are the customer’s responsibility.
If you decline to pay these fees, the shipment will be returned to us at your expense. Refunds will be issued for the product cost only, excluding return shipping and original shipping costs.
8. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted any time before an order is dispatched. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our returns policy.
9. Insurance
9.1 Damaged in Transit
We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.
9.2 Lost in Transit
We will issue a refund or replacement after the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
