Returns Policy
At HellaClutch™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Returns Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
2. How to Complete a Return
To return an item:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at Support@HellaClutch.shop to initiate the return process.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your order number and a brief description of why you wish to return the product.
- Do Not Send to Manufacturer: Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
3. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Items that show obvious signs of use.
- Items that are not in original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within a specified number of days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
- Contact your bank; some processing time may be required before the refund appears.

6. Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
7. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at Support@HellaClutch.shop.
8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves:
- We will send the refund to the gift giver.
- The gift giver will be notified about your return.
